From M5

From M5 take A30 (Okehampton direction), leave A30 at Liftondown exit signposted Tavistock (B3362). Follow A388 ALL ROUTES through Launceston outskirts, left at the mini roundabouts taking the A388 Plymouth/Tavistock. After 1 mile turn left onto the B3362 – Primrose Cottage is on the left after 2.5 miles.

From Tavistock

From Tavistock take B3362 to Launceston. Travel through Milton Abbot (7miles) drive across the Greystone Bridge (controlling traffic lights for the narrow bridge) drive a short distance up the hill, Primrose Cottage is the first property on the right.
